Dr. Tasha Knight is a Georgia Native that grew up in Savannah, Ga. She is a license dentist, which maintains a full time practice in Decatur Ga. Dr. Knight attended Shaw University in Raleigh, NC where she received her undergraduate degree in biology and she attended Howard University in Wash. DC where she received her degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery.
After Dr. Tasha Knight received her dental degree, she taught as Dental Assisting Instructor for Savannah Technical College in Savannah, Ga. Following the instruction of students Dr. Knight worked for general practitioner offices also located in Savannah and South Carolina area before relocating to the Atlanta, Ga. Area in 2001, where she work as Associate Dental for 2 ½ year before opening her own practice.
Prior to establishing her dental practice, Dr. Knight had to complete hundreds of hours of course work for certification in implant dentistry at the Medical college of Ga Dental School.
She is a member of several widely known and accredited dental organizations such as National Dental Association, Georgia Dental Society, and North Ga Dental Society. She serve as an officer on varies boards: South DeKalb YMCA, North Ga Dental Society, United Education Institute.
She volunteers for various community events in her community where she dedicates to providing the ultimate care to all patients.
Among the many great accomplishment Dr. Knight has fulfilled and shared her practical experience and expertise to the assurance of the highest level of dedication to the dental profession.
